Assistant Manager Wealth Support (Emirati)
Emirates Islamic Wealth Management provide wealth management services to various Emirates Islamic Businesses Including PB, PRB, WB and Retail Banking. The aim is to assist Affluent, HNW and UHNW clients by defining their strategic goals and offering specialized and tailored solutions to professionally manage, grow, safeguard, and diversify the future of family weal
Job Purpose
- Completing Portfolio reviews as well as proposals for PB and PRB segments within the deadlines set and following the frequency cycle in line with the NPPA.
- Closely monitoring the progress and making sure all reviews were shared with clients and that client discussions took place during the agreed time frame.
- Providing NTW proposals in adequate TAT time to help bringing more businesses and increasing investment penetration.
- Implementing bespoke proposals to customized specific recommendations to PB clients.
- Promptly liaising with CIO office to accommodate urgent advisors/RMs requests (Outlook/write ups).
- Rebalancing existing portfolios in alignment with the CIO views as well as latest TAA approved by the investment committee. Portfolios are undergoing continuous shifts in allocating percentages of assets held in various categories to take advantage of market pricing.
- IPOs: Assist with applications processing for local IPOs by liaising with all stakeholders (RMs, IAs, Lombard, Operations.)
- Investment Products and Customers’ portfolio Analysis
- Rebranding Investment Communications.
- Perform thorough analysis to identify business opportunities, risks, and performance metrics to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Support ad-hoc data investment requests from IAs.
- Participate in projects to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and process automation.
- CIO Office Monthly Publication – rebranding CIO office investment publications for clients’ use in line with shariah guidelines
- Corporate actions communication: Dispatch corporate actions to clients on a timely manner
Education & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance
CFA certification is an advantage
Background in wealth management institutions is an advantage
Knowledge of investment product is an advantage
