Admission Advisor (sales)

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Admission Counselor to manage student inquiries, guide prospective students, and support the enrollment process. This role is primarily sales-focused, with limited front desk assistance when needed.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert student inquiries through calls, follow-ups, and counseling sessions.
• Advise prospective students on programs and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Achieve individual and team admission targets.
• Support lead generation and admission campaigns.
• Provide occasional front desk assistance, including handling walk-ins and calls.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in admissions, education counseling, or sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Results-oriented, professional, and well-organized.
