
Job Description
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage in a diverse portfolio of 8–10 simultaneous projects, with a total of 20–25 completed by the end of the year, across areas such as:
- Continuous improvement
- Clinical and non‑clinical operations
- Strategy and business development
- Quality and patient safety
- International operations
The Administrative Fellow performs his/her job demonstrating
Project Management: Lead and participate in various projects related to clinical and non-clinical operations, strategic planning, business development, international operations, and quality and patient safety. Work closely with program sponsors, directors, and C-suite executives to drive meaningful organizational outcomes
- Operational Exposure: Gaining hands-on experience in various departments and functions within CCAD, such as hospital operations, finance, and human resources. Potentially spend part of the fellowship year at the Cleveland, Ohio main campus for orientation and project work. Provide staff support for committee meetings, including preparation of minutes and reports, and monitoring the progress of assigned committees.
- Mentorship & coaching: Receive guidance and support form senior healthcare leaders to develop leadership skills and gain insights into healthcare management. Participate in leadership meetings, executive mentoring sessions, and formal management training.
Other: Provide other duties as assigned by the members of the senior leadership team.
ROLE LEVEL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Adheres to CCAD’s standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies
In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within CCAD, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Typical physical demands include: a high degree of manual dexterity to sufficiently perform computer functions on a keyboard, produce materials on a PC and operate basic office equipment, normal or corrected vision and hearing, operate audiovisual equipment used during training programs, physically move, lift and carry training equipment and materials, mobility sufficient to visit with departments or employees throughout CCAD, stand in front of an audience for up to eight (8) hours a day and lift up to 30 lbs.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Master’s degree
(Health Administration ,Health Policy, Business Administration
Or Similar disciplines)
Experience:
- ESSENTIAL: Healthcare Experience Internship with hospital or related healthcare organization.
- PREFERRED: Internship in a business setting
