Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled 3D Motion Graphic Designer with experience in AI-powered animation to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D animations, motion graphics, and AI-enhanced visual content to support marketing campaigns, property showcases, digital platforms, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging 3D animations and motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and property presentations.
- Utilize AI animation tools and generative technologies to enhance animation workflows and creative output.
- Develop visual concepts, storyboards, and animation sequences aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and creative teams to deliver compelling visual content.
- Edit and optimize videos for multiple platforms (social media, web, digital screens).
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest AI, animation, and motion design trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a 3D Motion Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
- Strong knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Unreal Engine, or similar.
- Experience with AI animation tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora-style tools, Kaiber, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of motion design principles, lighting, textures, and rendering.
- Creative mindset with excellent visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in real estate, advertising, or digital marketing is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Animation, Motion Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience with AI-generated characters, avatars, and procedural animation.
- Knowledge of VFX, compositing, and color grading.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and corporate identity systems
