
Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every client and pet receives excellent service and support from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and pets with professionalism and warmth.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments using EzyVet.
Maintain accurate client and patient records.
Process payments, invoices, and handle billing inquiries.
Manage the appointment calendar and daily workflow.
Direct clients and pets to exam rooms as needed.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
Provide administrative support to the veterinary team.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a veterinary clinic or customer service role (preferred).
Familiarity with EzyVet or similar software.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Compassionate and positive attitude toward animals and their owners.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
