We are looking for a Telesales Agent to join our team in promoting our Dermatology and Plastic Surgery services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to drive patient engagement.
• Focus on achieving high booking conversion rates.
• Perform cross-selling of related services to maximize opportunities.
• Deliver an excellent patient experience through professional communication.
• Apply strong call center techniques to manage leads effectively.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets.

🔹 Requirements:

• Candidate based in Dubai.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or aesthetic/dermatology clinic.
• Proven tele sales skills within the medical/dermatology/plastic surgery field.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and objection handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
