Role
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining and growing the company’s market share. You will be responsible for:
- Establishing and developing good relationships with existing customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handling and following up on feedback or claims from customers.
- Working closely with the Production Planning and Control teams to meet customers’ requirements.
- Working closely with the sales support team to co-ordinate on shipment arrangement.
- Take responsibility for achieving monthly sales results in accordance with set targets.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Monitoring and ensuring timely payment from customers.
- Visit customers overseas to build stronger business relations and enhance customers service level.
- Working with external warehouses closely to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by immediate superiors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a B2B sales or customer service role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong business development mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally for customer visits.
