Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue Cycle Management Manager, located in Sharjah. The Manager will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, including practice management, handling denials, medical coding, and coordinating managed care. The role requires precision and efficiency in financial and operational management to ensure the smooth functioning of revenue-related processes in the hospital.
Qualifications

• Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management and Practice Management
• Experience with Denials and Medical Coding
• Knowledge of Managed Care principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
