Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and licensed Registered Nurse to join our home healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, administer treatments such as IV therapy, monitor vital signs, and ensure patients receive the highest level of comfort and medical support in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their residences.
• Administer IV drips, injections, wound care, and other nursing procedures.
• Monitor and record patients’ conditions and vital signs.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Ensure compliance with DHA and home healthcare standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid DHA license or eligibility as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (home healthcare experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to work shifts and respond to urgent care needs.
