Registered Nurse (UAE National)

Location: Ras Al Khaimah

Job Purpose:

To provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety, dignity, and wellbeing in accordance with UAE health regulations and the facility’s protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor and record patient vitals, symptoms, and medical histories accurately
• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed
• Support physicians during procedures and examinations
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation in medical records
• Respond to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions
• Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety standards are upheld
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training
• Uphold patient confidentiality and professional ethics at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be a UAE National with valid Emirates ID
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid UAE nursing license (Preferably MOH)
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced healthcare environments
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented and compassionate approach to patient care
