*  Conduct independent intake meetings with hiring managers for the purpose of understanding requirements of new vacancies
*  Oversee hiring plans developed by the team to ensure timelines are reasonable for submissions, interviews, calibration and updates.
*  Obtain all required documents from the newly offered employee for the pre-hiring procedure.
*  Submit the internal hiring process and salary confirmation process and get approval 
* Signing agreement with oversees agencies and negotiating recruitment fees
