About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic RCM Trainer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with regional healthcare guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver end-to-end training on RCM processes including Claims Submission, Pre-authorization, Medical Coding, and Resubmissions
Train diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and RCM teams
Design and update training materials aligned with Qatar healthcare regulations
Assess trainee performance and provide continuous feedback
Support process improvements and knowledge enhancement initiatives
Ensure adherence to patient data confidentiality and compliance standards

Key Requirements:
Arabic speaking (Mandatory)
Proven experience in RCM processes (Submission, Preapproval, Coding and Resubmission) within the healthcare domain
Strong knowledge of Qatar healthcare guidelines and regulations
Experience in training/mentoring teams in a clinical or RCM setup
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with healthcare management systems
