Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ophthalmic Consultant, located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Ophthalmic Consultant will be responsible for performing eye examinations, diagnosing and treating eye diseases, and conducting various eye surgeries such as laser refractive, corneal, oculoplastic, and other complex surgeries. The role also involves patient counseling, participating in research activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide top-tier eye care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in diagnosing and treating various eye diseases
• Proficiency in performing eye surgeries, including laser refractive, corneal, oculoplastic, and complex surgeries
• Strong skills in patient counseling, with an ability to communicate complex medical information clearly
• Experience in ophthalmic research and willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology and relevant certifications
