Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in our Dubai office. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls, greeting patients, and performing general receptionist duties. Key responsibilities also include maintaining medical office organization and using medical terminology appropriately in day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and interacting with patients
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with a Medical Office environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in using office management software and tools
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in medical administration is a plus
