Job DescriptionThe role holder is responsible for managing the implementation of all residential leasing activities and developing relationships with clients to achieve 100% occupancy of the DHAM residential portfolio, in order to maximize leasing revenues by growing the customer base and retention of existing customers. The role holder ensures that the deals are documented and executed within the company policies / budgets whilst providing seamless customer service to improve customer satisfaction and customer retention.
