 We’re Hiring – HR & Payroll Administrator 🌟
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Department: HR (Full-time, On-site)
We’re looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator (UAE-based) to manage end-to-end payroll and core HR operations. Preference will be given to Filipino candidates with solid UAE experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Run end-to-end payroll (WPS), including OT, incentives, deductions, EOS, and final settlements
Maintain HRIS/ERP records (Odoo experience a plus) and accurate employee files
Administer leave/attendance, onboarding, contracts, and renewals
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law & company policies
Prepare HR reports and coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation
✅ Requirements
2–3 years UAE experience in HR & payroll
Proficient with ERP/HRIS (Odoo preferred) & MS Excel
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, EOS calculations
Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related)
Excellent English; Arabic is a plus
Preference for Filipino candidates currently in the UAE
