Job Description

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and patient education
• Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families about health management, treatments, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Assist in coordinating patient care activities and managing discharge processes
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to protect patients and staff
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
  

Requirements

• Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Experience working in the healthcare sector within the UAE preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
