Job Description
We are seeking a presentable, well-spoken, and proactive Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors at the sales office. This role is ideal for someone who can manage front office responsibilities with confidence, while ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining office inventory, and managing meeting room schedules.
- Support the sales office team with documentation, filing, and coordination tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is always neat, organized, and presentable.
- Take initiative in identifying and handling front office needs without constant supervision.
Requirements
- Presentable personality with strong communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to think independently, take initiative, and manage tasks proactively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Freshers are welcome, including those newly relocated to the UAE, provided they are confident with basic admin skills and effective in communication.
