Job Summary:

We are seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support and promote our Infusion Therapy and IV Cannulation portfolio across healthcare facilities in the UAE. This role combines clinical expertise with commercial collaboration, focusing on customer training, product support, and teamwork with the sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical education and hands-on training to healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and in-service sessions.
• Support the sales team during evaluations, product conversions, and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing and clinical stakeholders.
• Prepare training materials, reports, and product-related presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Clinical experience in critical care or IV therapy is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in clinical sales, product support, or education is preferred.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience working with hospital informatics systems is a plus (e.g., Cerner, Epic…)
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
