📞 Role: Call Center Pharmacist

🕒 Timings: Morning AND After Shift Role.

Lotus Pharmacies is expanding its team and we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Pharmacist to join our Call Center in Nasr City. This role is ideal for those who want to leverage their pharmaceutical expertise in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

Role Timings:

* Morning Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

* After Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries regarding medications, prescriptions, and health-related concerns through phone and online communication.

– Provide accurate pharmaceutical guidance and information in compliance with medical and regulatory standards.

– Handle prescription verification, medication availability checks, and product recommendations.

– Collaborate with pharmacy branches to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

– Document and track customer interactions for quality assurance and follow-up.

– Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical products, safety alerts, and health guidelines.

Qualifications:

– Valid license to practice pharmacy in Egypt.

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Ability to work flexible hours during after-shift periods.

– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
