Biomedical Engineer – Sales & Service (Medical Devices & Consumables)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Biomedical Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the sales and service of medical devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and promoting medical equipment while also supporting the commercial team in driving product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Service Support:
·      Install, calibrate, and provide technical support for medical devices at customer sites (e.g., hospitals, clinics).
·      Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
·      Train healthcare professionals and technicians on product usage and best practices.
·      Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Sales & Customer Engagement:
·      Support the sales team in product demonstrations and technical discussions.
·      Identify potential clients and assist in lead generation and qualification.
·      Develop strong relationships with biomedical departments, clinicians, and procurement teams.
·      Attend trade shows, medical conferences, and promotional events.
Coordination & Reporting:
·      Coordinate with the internal product and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
·      Provide feedback from the field for product improvements or development.
·      Prepare and submit weekly activity reports, service logs, and customer feedback.

Requirements:
·      Education: Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
·      Experience: 2–3 years of combined experience in sales and service of medical devices.
·  Self-motivated & target-driven
·      Strong technical understanding of diagnostic or therapeutic equipments.
·      Good communication and interpersonal skills.
·      Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
·      Should have UAE driving license
