Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection with high accuracy and care.
• Handle, label, and transport specimens following laboratory protocols.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Schedule and coordinate home visits in line with patient appointments.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards during all visits.
• Provide courteous and empathetic care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• DHA License or Eligibility Letter as a Phlebotomist is mandatory.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in phlebotomy, preferably including home collection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred (own car is an advantage).
