Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Serve as the main point of contact for Russian-speaking patients

– Coordinate consultations, treatment plans, and follow-up appointments

– Liaise between patients and medical staff to ensure smooth care delivery

– Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling

– Educate patients on services, procedures, and aftercare

– Provide a warm, welcoming experience from first contact to final visit

Ideal Candidate:

– Fluent in Russian and proficient in English

– Experience in the medical, aesthetic, dental, or wellness industries preferred

– Excellent communication, empathy, and client service skills

– Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

– Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
