The team includes licensed General Physicians, Registered Nurses, and Physiotherapists, all certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association and trained in Infection Control, Fire and Safety, and Phlebotomy. The facility ensures 24/7 availability and provides free transportation for its healthcare professionals to and from patient care settings.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Ain & Abu Dhabi for a Staff Nurse at Al Wafa Home Health Care L.L.C. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, assessing patient needs, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patient progress. The role includes regular communication with patients and their families to ensure smooth coordination of care and maintaining meticulous medical records in adherence to healthcare regulations. The Staff Nurse will also collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver personalized care and ensure the overall well-being of the patients.

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications including a valid DOH license, and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Knowledge in infection control, fire and safety practices, and phlebotomy.
• Proven commitment to compassionate patient care and the ability to adapt treatment plans to individual needs.
• Previous experience in home healthcare or clinical settings preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and adapt to a dynamic, patient-focused work environment.
