Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time, on-site role for a Sports Medicine Physician, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sports Medicine Physician will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing musculoskeletal conditions, while working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

In addition to evidence-based sports medicine and rehabilitation, The Flow Space integrates cutting-edge regenerative medicine and biohacking protocols—including peptides, stem cell therapies, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), advanced IV protocols, and longevity-focused therapeutics. This progressive approach positions us at the forefront of performance optimization and preventative healthcare in the region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing primary care and conducting orthopedic and musculoskeletal assessments.
• Collaborating with physiotherapists, osteopaths, nutritionists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Integrating regenerative medicine approaches (PRP, peptides, stem cell therapies) where applicable.
• Contributing to wellness, performance, and longevity programs.
• Supporting patient education, medical workshops, and contributing to ongoing innovation in holistic health.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Primary Care, Medicine, and Orthopedics
• Experience in Physical Therapy integration into patient care plans
• Familiarity with regenerative medicine modalities (PRP, peptides, stem cells, biohacking protocols) is highly desirable
• Background in Medical Education and contributions to wellness or longevity programs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and deliver customized treatment plans
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or equivalent qualification
• Board certification in Sports Medicine is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Eligible for licensing in Dubai, UAE
