Job Title: Specialist – Obstetrics & Gynecology (Ob-Gyne) with IVF Privilege

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology with active IVF privilege to join our advanced fertility facility. The ideal candidate should possess a strong clinical background, exceptional patient care skills, and a successful track record in managing complex fertility cases and high-risk pregnancies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care in obstetrics, gynecology, and infertility management.
Conduct and supervise IVF procedures including ovulation induction, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and related interventions.
Manage pre-conception counseling, diagnostic evaluations, and fertility preservation.
Oversee antenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care for pregnant patients.
Perform hysteroscopic surgeries, as required.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with MOH standards and clinical protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including embryologists, nurses, and counselors to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Participate in continuous medical education, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Medical Degree with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Valid UAE Specialist License or eligibility (MOH)
Recognized IVF training and privilege (mandatory)
Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in the UAE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ethical standards and commitment to patient confidentiality and safety
