Ankabut is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager – Higher Education to join our team and drive growth across universities, colleges, and research institutions. This role will play a key part in strengthening Ankabut’s position as a trusted partner in digital transformation within the education ecosystem.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
• Manage a portfolio of higher education accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across Ankabut’s solutions.
New Business Development
• Prospect and acquire new clients across the higher education and research sectors.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned with revenue goals.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and propose strategic solutions.
Customer Engagement
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions and ensure customer success.
• Position Ankabut as a strategic partner in digital transformation, operational enhancement, and improved learning experiences.
Collaboration & Reporting
• Work closely with solutions, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries for forecasting and performance tracking.
• Provide regular updates on account status, opportunities, and risks.
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
For Expats:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology sales to Higher Education institutions.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
For UAE Nationals:
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Experience in negotiating and closing deals.
📘 Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
