Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse with front-of-house and administrative responsibilities, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will play a dual role, delivering comprehensive nursing care while supporting the clinic’s daily operations at reception.

Clinical responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient progress, assisting physicians and therapists, and ensuring high standards of care. Administrative duties include managing appointment bookings, welcoming patients, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

This hybrid role is ideal for a licensed nurse with strong interpersonal skills, a polished front-facing presence, and the ability to multitask between patient care and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and patient support
• Administer medications and IV drips when required
• Monitor and record patient progress
• Assist healthcare practitioners during consultations and treatments
• Educate patients and families on wellness and recovery plans

Administrative/Reception Duties:

• Greet and check-in clients professionally and warmly
• Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate daily workflows between practitioners and operations
• Support patient onboarding and ensure a seamless front-desk experience
• Handle payment processing and basic invoicing as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Current DHA license or eligibility
• 2+ years of clinical experience (wellness/rehab setting preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask across clinical and administrative duties
• Presentable, warm, and professional front-facing manner
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong in utilizing EMR systems and Microsoft Office
