Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Administer treatments, medications, and procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with doctors and other medical staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license from DOH
• Minimum 2 years of home Health care experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
