Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Dubai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to calls and emails, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining records of interactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and enhancing Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in managing Customer Service Representatives
• Ability to create a positive Customer Experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High degree of professionalism and patience
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
