Job Description
This role encompasses both inpatients and outpatients, with a focus on delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to diverse patient populations, including infants, children, and adults with developmental, congenital, and neuromuscular disorders, as well as those recovering from injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose the nature and extent of patient impairments, employing qualitative and quantitative assessment methods, including standardized tests.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient’s goals, with objectives encompassing coordination, balance, endurance, strength, mobility, and gross motor skills.
Utilize therapeutic exercises and techniques, including therapeutic massages, to stimulate and activate various bodily systems.
Organize and lead physical exercise sessions that encourage patient engagement and recovery.
Supervise junior therapists in specialized treatments such as hydrotherapy and electrotherapy, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
Maintain accurate patient records, documenting initial evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries while collecting relevant statistics.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and fellow therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on home exercise programs and best practices for movement and rehabilitation.
Participate in medical cover on-call rota as required.
Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution (minimum three years course duration).
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Valid DHA license as a Physiotherapist.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
