Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and expansion of Novomed’s compounding pharmacy operations
• Develop innovative formulations and customized pharmaceutical solutions
• Drive market growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives
• Ensure full compliance with DHA, MOH, and international pharmacy standards
• Recruit, train, and manage a multidisciplinary pharmacy team
• Collaborate with medical professionals to co-create patient-centric therapies
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize lab operations

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed pharmacist with proven compounding experience
• Strong leadership and business development skills
• Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and licensing
