Ontime Group is seeking a skilled and bilingual Arabic Patient Coordinator to join our clinic in Dubai. In this essential role, you will be the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking patients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing patient experiences and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage the appointment scheduling process, including phone calls and online bookings
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
- Provide clear information to patients regarding services, procedures, and clinic policies
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate continuity of care
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
- Support patient follow-up and post-treatment care as required
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Proficient in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality patient care
