Neurosurgery
We are hiring an experienced Medical Device Sales Executive with a proven background in Neurosurgery to join our growing medical devices business in the United Arab Emirates.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who already works closely with neurosurgeons, operating room teams, and intensive care specialists, and who is confident managing the full sales cycle independently.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell a specialized portfolio of neurosurgical medical devices across UAE hospitals
Build and maintain strong relationships with neurosurgeons, OR staff, and hospital decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle: clinical promotion, quotations, tenders, negotiations, and closures
Provide product demonstrations and on-site clinical support when required
Prepare and support technical and commercial tender submissions
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and market activity
Candidate’s Profile
2–4 years of sales experience in neurosurgical medical devices within the UAE
Strong existing relationships with neurosurgery departments and hospitals (mandatory)
Solid understanding of hospital procurement and tender processes
Confident in clinical discussions and product positioning
Self-driven, results-oriented, and commercially focused
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related field
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Valid UAE driving license
Willingness to travel across the UAE
