We are looking for an experienced Medical Coder to join our outpatient team!

Responsibilities:

Assign accurate medical codes for diagnoses and procedures

Review patient records for completeness and accuracy

Clarify documentation with physicians when needed

Conduct coding audits and ensure compliance

Collaborate with billing teams for smooth claims processing

Stay updated with coding guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

Experience in outpatient coding (ENT,Dental, Family Medicine, gynecology Physiotherapy, orthopedic)

Certified Medical Coder (CPC/CCS preferred)

Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS

Familiar with insurance and reimbursement processes

Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized

Able to code with or without software; EHR proficiency

Good communication and teamwork skills
