Strategic

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google +, YouTube, Snapchat and identify additional channels that may be deemed relevant. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Monitoring the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns, performing A/B and multivariate testing, and optimizing the campaigns to maximize conversions Managing and optimizing local listings for all of our stores Assessing engagement on both our company’s website and external sites In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Data Studio, and similar reporting platform

Operational

  • Establishing goals and objectives to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
  • Support in maintaining budget controls on the assigned marketing budget.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly budget vs spent reviews to ensure the budget is being spent and allocated effectively.
  • Managing media and public relations for the Brand
  • Undertaking competitor research and analysis. Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits.
  • Plan and coordinate the preparation of various marketing materials such as catalogues, seasonal and special brochures, flyers, posters, and gift items.
  • Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials.
  • Organize promotional activities and prepare (monthly, quarterly, and annual) forecasts
  • Coordinate all corporate / brand events including partnership announcement, seasonal launches and promotional events.
  • Assist in maintaining strong professional relationships with television, radio, and newspapers.
  • Actively maintain a database of emails and phone numbers from the CRM team for PSF and retargeting campaigns. Coordinate all direct mailing and SMS activities
  • Analysis of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

Product Process Improvement

Lead tracking improvement mechanism, Brand partnership & completion analysis

Education

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in marketing / digital media
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills

Skills

Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro or other media editing software Reporting and Analytics using different Social Media tools such as Quintly, Sprinklr, Crowd Analyzer, Facelift, Crimson Familiarity with web design and content management systems Exposure to Artificial Intelligence is plus like Chatbots, Growth Hacking, Programmatic Advertising, Interactive Content, Behavioral Retargeting etc

Experience

Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro or other media editing software Reporting and Analytics using different Social Media tools such as Quintly, Sprinklr, Crowd Analyzer, Facelift, Crimson Familiarity with web design and content management systems Exposure to Artificial Intelligence is plus like Chatbots, Growth Hacking, Programmatic Advertising, Interactive Content, Behavioral Retargeting etc
