DIO Life Home Health Care is dedicated to providing high-quality medical and personal care services across the Dubai. We are seeking a motivated and professional Office Administrator to join our team and support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient inquiries, calls, and bookings with professionalism.
  • Maintain records, schedules, and office documentation.
  • Coordinate with healthcare staff and management for smooth operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks of the healthcare center.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Prior experience in the healthcare field is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general office administration.

Salary : AED 2500 – 3000
