Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries, calls, and bookings with professionalism.
- Maintain records, schedules, and office documentation.
- Coordinate with healthcare staff and management for smooth operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks of the healthcare center.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Prior experience in the healthcare field is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and general office administration.
Salary : AED 2500 – 3000
