On-site Genetic Consultant to join our team in United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing expert guidance on genetic health matters, assisting in interpreting genetic test results, collaborating with healthcare teams to design appropriate care plans, and educating patients and families about genetic risks and implications. The Genetic Consultant will also contribute to the development of health programs grounded in cutting-edge genetic science, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in genetic counseling, genetic interpretation, and risk assessment
• Proficiency in genetic testing methodologies and patient communication regarding results
• Experience in developing patient care plans that integrate genetic insights
• Knowledge of ethical, legal, and cultural considerations in genetics
• Exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills to support patients and families
• Advanced degree in Genetic Counseling, Medical Genetics, or related discipline
• Familiarity with the latest genetic research and technologies
• Experience working in precision medicine or within the healthcare sector is a plus
• Fluency in English required; multilingual skills are an advantage
