Key Responsibilities

Evaluate guests’ nutritional needs through consultations and wellness assessments.
Identify dietary deficiencies and health concerns related to nutrition.
Design tailored nutrition programs to support individual wellness goals.
Recommend dietary modifications, supplements, or interventions aligned with Miraval’s food philosophy.
Provide practical, culturally sensitive dietary advice to help guests make informed food choices.
Facilitate workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one consultations.
Track progress of long-stay and return guests and adapt nutrition plans accordingly.
Collaborate with spa, culinary, and fitness teams to ensure holistic care.
Partner with chefs and wellness specialists to integrate nutrition into all offerings.
Support culinary programming, menus, and retreats with evidence-based input.
Contribute to wellness education through guest lectures, cooking demos, and immersive experiences.
Promote healthy eating habits within the resort and the broader community.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (Master’s preferred)
2+ years of experience in, wellness resort, or hospitality settings
Passion for wellness, mindful living, and holistic healing

Dietitian
