Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CSSD Technician at Al TADAWI HOSPITAL located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The CSSD Technician will be responsible for the decontamination, sterilization, and preparation of medical instruments and equipment. Daily tasks include operating sterilizing equipment, maintaining infection control standards, ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of tools used in the operating room, and understanding medical terminology to handle equipment appropriately.

Qualifications

• Skills in Decontamination and Sterilization
• Knowledge of Infection Control practices
• Experience in an Operating Room environment is beneficial
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Relevant certifications in sterile processing or a related field are preferred
