Critical Care Experts Needed – ICU Roles

At Allocation Assist Middle East, we are currently seeking an ICU consultant to join a dynamic and growing team in Saudi Arabia. You will be working in one of the top hospitals in the country, with state-of-the-art facilities and a diverse and talented team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert medical care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of all aspects of their condition
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient
Conduct regular ward rounds and provide supervision and guidance to junior medical staff
Participate in on-call duties and be available for emergency procedures and consultations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Stay current with the latest developments in critical care medicine and participate in continuous education and training programs
Act as a mentor and role model for junior doctors and nursing staff

Qualifications And Requirements

Medical degree from an accredited institution
Board Certification in Critical Care or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant in an Intensive Care Unit setting
Ability to work well under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes
Fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Candidates must have Western education/training.
