Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Claims Submission and Data Reporting Officer, located in Al Ain. The officer will handle the submission of insurance claims, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage data reporting. Responsibilities include reviewing and preparing claim statements, analyzing data for accuracy, and generating denial reports. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to streamline RCM-related processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Regulatory Compliance
• Strong Excel and Analytical Skills
• Knowledge in Denials
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• CPC is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the Claim Submission in Abudhabi region is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
