Job Description

• Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls
• Greet patients when they call
• Schedule appointments and follow up visits for new and existing patients
• Utilize electronic records system to create and update patient information
• Call patients and assist with rescheduling needs as they arise
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
• Answering customers’ questions on the products/ packages.
• Meeting sales quotas.
• Providing the customer with information about a company’s products or services in order to create interest in the brand
• Generating repeat business by promoting new offers to customers
• Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities

Requirement

• Min 1-2 years experience in telesales or call centre agent
• Willing to work in evening shifts or weekends, as needed
• Fluent arabic & english speaker
