Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Call Center Agent based in Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Call Center Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining accurate records, resolving customer concerns, and delivering exceptional service with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and a strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a diverse range of individuals
- Strong Computer Literacy, with the ability to efficiently use software systems and tools for handling customer queries and maintaining records
- Problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); additional language proficiency is an advantage
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred
